Porsche 993 Turbo With Ruf Engine Conversion 500BHP

Porsche 993 Turbo with Ruf Turbo R engine conversion (LHD). 1995 with 993 number plate included. Black with black interior. Supplied to the last owner by Official Porsche Centre South East Germany in 2004 as a standard Porsche 993 Turbo. The conversion was carried out by a Porsche specialist P&P, Bevelantstraat 4a, 6088 PB Roggel, we have an email from Peter showing that he remembers doing it. The Ruf data for this 993 Turbo R specification is as follows: 0-62 mph 3.6 secs, 0-100 mph 7.8 secs, Top Speed 205 mph, 490 bhp/650 nm torque (rolling road tested at 505 bhp/725 nm)

Ruf Turbo R conversion included re-programmed ECU, upgraded KKK turbos, free-flow CAT, new re-profiled camshafts, a full overhaul of the cylinder heads, higher pressure fuel pump

Interior changes – RS door panels, thin RS carpet, Porsche logo embossed leather lightweight GT3 seats, bolt in aluminium half roll cage, Scroth Clubsport 6 point harnesses.

The last owner purchased the car in 2004 to transfer the engine and parts from his previous Ruf that had been in an accident to this car, which he did using his porsche specialist who looked after his six Porsches at the time. The car was then registered in the UK and a Miles per hour speedometer was fitted that shows currently 48,000 miles which is the mileage since it was done (there is a receipt for this in the history file) We also have the original speedo showing 66,000 Kilometers. There is a record of previous MOTs in the UK and some previous history when it was in Europe.

This car is supplied with a carbon fibre bonnet and carbon fibre doors (currently not fitted). Without these it is already 40KG lighter than a standard 993 Turbo. A set of original turbo 3 alloys with winter tyres included as well.

Lovely condition throughout, has to be seen, heard, and driven to truly appreciate just how special this car is. £129,995 any inspection welcome. 100k cheaper than a genuine Ruf and actually quicker!
